Sexuality
Sexuality discrimination is treating people unfairly because they are gay, lesbian, bisexual or straight.
It also includes making assumptions about someone’s sexuality.

Example Joseph applied for an office job. He passed the clerical tests with excellent marks, but during the job interview he mentioned that he was gay. Later the manager told Joseph that his application was unsuccessful because he "would not fit in" with the firm's staff and clients. Joseph could claim he was discriminated against by the manager because of his sexuality. |
